Can anyone book online?

No, to use the online bookings you must have a valid membership with Walsall Leisure.

I don’t have a membership?

You can see all of our memberships online at https://go.walsall.gov.uk/leisure/Memberships  You can join online and then visit one of our centres to receive your card.

I can’t register my details?

Please make sure that you are using your current card and that your details are correct at the leisure centre.  All details need to match.

Please contact the centres so we can check your details

How do I cancel a booking?

Walsall Leisure operates a no refund policy on all bookings.  However, customers can transfer a booking to another date and time at the same site by contacting the site where the original booking was made. All transfers are subject to availability.

Classes that are included as part of your membership can be cancelled online by going into your account history and selecting the site where you made the booking.  Select the ‘X’ symbol next to your booking.

If using a mobile device go to My Account – choose classes – choose centre you booked at – Click on class you wish to cancel – press cancel.

Can I book 24 hours a day

Yes

How many days ahead can I book classes?

Cardholders can book 7 days in advance

Why isn’t my search showing available times?

It might be because the class is fully booked or isn’t available at that time.

What are the ‘basket’ and ‘checkout?’

All the items you book are stored in the Basket until you are ready to go to Checkout, where you complete your booking.

How can I view my future bookings and bookings I have made in the past?

Once you have logged in, click the ‘Account History’ button. 

How do I log out of online bookings?

Clicking the ‘Log Off’ button at any time.
